1. Refresh your identity.
When was the last time you paid any attention to your company’s identity? Refreshing, expanding or even rebuilding your identity system to connect with your customers and employees can have a tremendous impact on morale, new revenue and renewed interest. Think of it as a New Year’s resolution.
2. Consider adding a new channel.
Are you fully integrated? Consider putting together digital campaigns to capture user data and improve how you connect with your followers. Or complement a social media strategy with designing something that your customers will really enjoy receiving in the mail or at an event you host.
3. Make a video.
The stats are convincing. Video will improve click-through and conversion rates, engagement boosts and purchasing decisions. Consumption continues to rise 100% every year and a third of all online activity is spent watching video. The value is tremendous and can really complement a multi-channel strategy. It’s nearly as important as having a website and can be a lot of fun to create.
4. Partner with a local non-profit organization.
Get your employees together and give back. Because we should all be doing a little more to help in our communities. And you’ll have a nice blog post to share and drive more awareness towards your local non-profit.
5. Celebrate something.
Use an upcoming company milestone, new hire, new service or new employee to create something unique. Design a commemorative piece or put together an email campaign to let your customers know you are excited about what’s ahead.
