Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in optimizing advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and providing strategic recommendations to clients. This is a full-time position that Orange Element is looking to fill for support with a primary partner and client.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform advertising strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, search, display) to ensure they meet client objectives.
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and communicate results to internal teams and clients.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and analyze benchmark data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and media planners, to develop integrated marketing strategies.
  • Analyze forecasts, plans, and references for channel specific KPIs aligned with business goals to provide support interpreting data and formulating recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and advertising.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analysis, preferably in an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (pivot tables, reports, and graphs) and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Email Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of impactful email campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and sales for our clients. If you are passionate about email marketing and have a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with various B2C and B2B audiences, we encourage you to apply. This is a contract-to-hire position with a minimum 6-month contractural commitment. Candidate may work remotely but will be requested to attend meetings in the Baltimore area at least semi-monthly for the first six months. Travel reimbursements negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement direct email marketing strategies to achieve specific company objectives, such as customer retention, revenue growth, and engagement.
  • Craft and maintain an email marketing calendar to plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize segmentation and personalization strategies to tailor content for distinct audience segments within the email list.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to establish the most effective methods and strategies with experience in email to landing page conversion optimization, subject line and copy testing, and CTA testing
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of email marketing efforts using KPIs like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Keep abreast of email marketing trends, ensuring industry best practices are applied to our campaigns for optimal results.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

Content Manager

Orange Element is seeking an accomplished and proven Content Manager, with prior experience in an agency setting preferred, to develop and implement strategic content marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various digital channels This role will work across OE’s digital marketing, web development and creative teams and collaborate with other agency leads to create a wide range of content pieces for website, email, social and advertising channels. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely. Candidate should be agreeable and able to attend Orange Element meetings in the Baltimore area (at least quarterly) and attend meetings with clients upon request.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that support client objectives and adhere to their brand standards and guidelines
  • Create and manage editorial calendar to deliver timely content across various digital platforms
  • Publish engaging and SEO-friendly content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media posts and email newsletters.
  • Work collaboratively with our design and marketing teams to ensure content is compelling, visually striking, and disseminated effectively across all platforms.
  • Overseeing the development and launch of new content channels and multimedia formats including video
  • Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions to make data-driven recommendations
  • Stay abreast of content marketing trends and best practices to keep at the forefront of content marketing innovation

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline
